and beyond” to help customers and community members; Serves as a “third space”
if appropriate.
5. Disaster or Crisis Response: Stepped up
during local crises to support the community; Offered flexible services or
support during tough times.
6. Longevity and Consistency: Has demonstrated
sustained commitment to being neighborly over time (not just for PR or awards).
7. Nominations and Testimonials: Receives strong
community nominations or testimonials highlighting their neighborly impact; Stories
