You are Invited to Become a Charter Member of RepMo Rotary Club

Until March of 2025, Republic was the largest city in the southern half of Missouri without a Rotary Club. But that ended on March 10 when 22 people showed up for the first meeting of the RepMo Rotary Club from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. in the  Community Room at Republic Library, 921 North Lindsey Ave.

We need more people to join us as members to positively impact this community. Here are some ways you can join us.

APRIL SERVICE PROJECT: This month we will join together for a service project with a national impact at a Convoy of Hope packing event on April 22 at 6:30 p.m.

Click Here for Details and Rules About Our Service Project at Convoy. When you fill in the form select the group option and put in our club name. We have 15 spots. We may have some friends from the Springfield Downtown Club join us as well so sign up soon!

DISTRICT MEETING IF INTERESTED: This is optional. Cost is $30 at the door. All-City Rotary Clubs Meeting starts at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 30 at DoubleTree Hotel, 2431 N. Glenstone Ave in Springfield.

MAY IS A LONG MONTH SO WE HAVE BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

MAY SERVICE PROJECT: Saturday, May 10, People Helping People Food Drive with United States Postal Service, provide assistance with collection of food around town OR help with sort and shelving food at the pantry. Exact times and details coming soon.

MAY MEETING: Our regular meeting is May 12, 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

MAY SOCIAL PROJECT: Will take place on May 29 at Bair's at 6 p.m.

OPTIONAL ATTENDANCE AT OUR SPONSORING CLUB'S MEETINGS: You are always welcome to attend the weekly meetings of the Springfield Downtown Rotary Club. The group meets at 12 noon every Tuesday at the Kentwood Hall on 700 E. St. Louis Street. Lunch costs $12.
